Elves have weaker stomachs than humans so she hasn’t managed to digest them before reaching civilisation. The town is less wary for the rest of the month-long digestion.

Now I’m thinking about an orc single handily raiding a village by eating everyone living there. Their tribe waiting for them to finish before they start looting. So as to not create resentment, they take turns on who gets to eat everyone on each raid.

The rapid, sudden increase of weight in her midsection made Miranda moan, half in pleasure and half with discomfort.
“Sorry, darling. I know you thought I was actually into you, but honestly, what did you expect when you started dating a woman so much bigger than you?”
Miranda gave a hearty laugh as she felt Tom push against her stomach walls as much as he could. Which was hardly at all. Miranda was Tom’s fitness trainer, and now his ex “girlfriend”. She had an appetite for skinny, shy boys, and was extremely skilled at luring them into dates. Every single one of which has resulted in the helpless boy sliding down her massive throat whole, and being digested over the next few days.
She was colossal, towering over all of her clients, including the more bulky men. Now her little boyfriend was trying to fight her from inside of her muscular belly. She flexed it, laughing sadistically as it pushed her former lover deeper into the acid in her churning gut.
“UuuuuUUUuuurp!!!!”- ugh… *hic*… Oh, Tom. It felt amazing dominating you in bed, but I know I’m going to have a lot more fun digesting you alive!“
